Oki! I hope you figure this out or….see this which ever happens first! Equip the card key you got off of DARPA chief Donald Anderson! Then you can access some of the rooms in the armory which is B2! You’ll find C4 in one of them! Then find the wall! You can either place it on the floor next to the wall or lean up against the discoloured wall! And attach the C4 that way! Move away and punch!
